FoamCore was engaged by homebuilder Mena Developments to create a modern, updated look for a classic home, inside and out.

Clean line profiles, a large mid band profile to divide the two storeys and a heavy base trim brought this home to life. These custom features, paired with a simple soffit moulding and large square columns at the entrance, resulted in a stunning and unique exterior.

Inside, FoamCore's ornate mouldings outline the kitchen and dining room, with the inclusion of large ceiling medallions and dental crown moulding. From there, we worked to achieve a custom fireplace wall with a seamless wall panel and used our modern stone-look wall panel to add interest in the office. Finally, FoamCore's ultra-light interior mouldings added a touch of elegance and luxury in completing the primary bedroom.
