Mena Developments came to FoamCore looking to create a custom build with high-end finishes inside and out.

Starting with the exterior, FoamCore supplied the Durock Stucco system with FoamCore start strips to ensure all terminations were installed and completed properly. Additionally, the custom homebuilder opted for a polyurethane cedar soffit system coloured to tie in the hardwood flooring of the interior.

From the moment you walk in the door, FoamCore's custom touches are everywhere. From the large black ceiling medallion to complement a large, modern chandelier, to the seamless wall panel in the main floor bedroom, to our ultra-light square stepped crown and ceiling medallion in the office, it is all in the details.

The kitchen and living area boast ornate leaf/dental crown moulding. The double mini trim with custom corner details accents the island area and moves into the dining area, which is completed with a 72" ceiling medallion — all designed to work together with a complementary modern ornate design.
